We are pleased to welcome you to the Watford Community Safety Partnership website where you will find a whole host of information about the work going on in Watford to make it a safer place to live, study, work and visit.
New support for families
A free telephone support offers any parent or carer, up to six free, 45 minute weekly sessionson the telephone, with a specially-trained worker, who will also be a parent. This support can help those with children, to find ways to overcome some of the tough times.
Crime & justice site on Directgov
A crime and justice area has been added to the direct.gov website: www.direct.gov.uk/policingpledge
Taxi Safety
The Institute of Licensing has produced Taxi Safe posters designed to encourage more awareness among taxi users.
Housing - POsH Consortium
The Prevention Of Homelessness (POsH) consortium works together to prevent homelessness in Watford and is part of the Safer Watford wider partnership.
